Seafood Processing Plant (SPP)
The Seafood Processing Plant supports the Institute’s academic, research and extension programs. It renders service to the industry in developing products for test marketing. It is well equipped for four processing lines: Smoking, Drying, Canning/Bottling and Fish Meal. Support facilities include an air-conditioned preparation room, annex containing freezers, chillers, and blancher, and packaging materials storage.
